Jeff is a trial lawyer and partner in Bennett Jones' litigation department. He is past President of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Jeff has a general domestic, international and cross-border litigation practice with a focus on business litigation. He has appeared before courts and arbitration tribunals both domestic and international and serves as a neutral in mediations and arbitrations. He has extensive trial and appellate experience.
Admitted to the Ontario bar, 1979.
Jeff has received the Ontario Bar Association Award of Excellence in Civil Litigation (2014), Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal (2013) in recognition for his achievements in law and his commitment to serving his community, The Advocates' Society's Catzman Award for Civility and Professionalism (2010), and the Law Society Medal from the Law Society of Ontario (2005) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the profession.
